Jeff believes basketball has been one of the most positive influences in his life and is passionate about sharing that impact with the next generation. He played at the collegiate level for two years and has spent over 25 years coaching high school girls’ basketball.

He has loved watching the girls’ game grow and is proud to have contributed to that progress in California. Jeff is committed to helping reverse the trend of young girls stepping away from sports. His goal is to help female athletes build confidence, develop self-esteem, and grow both on and off the court.

Melissa is a former collegiate basketball player at California State University, Bakersfield, where she competed on scholarship for the women’s basketball team. Originally from France, she moved to the United States to pursue both her athletic and academic career, earning a degree in Sport Culture, Management, and Marketing.

Melissa is passionate about developing young athletes, with a focus on fundamentals, building confidence, and creating a positive, empowering environment both on and off the court.
